Mystic's Notes - Object List

There are a number of object lists out there for Sonic 2, but none are near complete. This is an attempt to create a document with the information of what every single object in Sonic 2's designation is and what it does. I cannot possibly do this on my own, so if you can figure stuff out, especially anything involving the tags, please contribute your information to the collective. The reason it is in this format is to be universal. Although I could do it in SonED format, or something else of the like, it is better for the raw information to be in a format that does not have to be decoded in order to be useful.
